We are happy to announce that Soccer Dogs and Pups will be back in action on April 23, 2022 — that’s just over two days away!
We feel confident that, with our new Communicable Disease Plan (outlined below) in place, we can proceed with the season.
IMPORTANT: if you are sick or have had any symptoms in the last seven days, please stay home.
Please check in at the registration desk when you arrive.
Please see information below about uniforms.
On your first day, please arrive early to ensure you have time to register and get your uniform before the 10:00 am start.
► WOLVES: PLAY THIS WEEKEND, APRIL 23, 2022.
This Saturday is for Wolves only and runs from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm.
All players are expected to follow the Blazin’ Soccer Dogs Communicable Disease Plan.
Please bring water, healthy snacks, a jacket, and sunscreen.
► COMMUNICABLE DISEASE PLAN
All participants and volunteers ages 12 and up must be fully vaccinated (2 or more doses).
IMPORTANT: if you are sick or have had any symptoms in the last seven days, please stay home.
Players, volunteers, and coaches to sanitize hands when arriving at the field and after a break.
Players, volunteers and coaches to practice physical distancing on the field when possible (during team meetings, etc.).
Cover coughs and sneezes with your sleeve.
Avoid touching your face with your hands.
Bring your own filled water bottles.
Spectators are encouraged to be aware of open space between them.
All committee members will wear masks when at the registration table, handing out uniforms, or when physical distancing is not possible.
It is vital that all Soccer Dogs players, coaches, volunteers, and spectators take these protocols seriously and personally commit to following them.

Field is at McKechnie Elementary School, 7455 Maple Street in Vancouver. There is free street parking.

A weekly email will be sent out Fridays with any updates about soccer.

► UNIFORMS
Uniforms are provided to players by the Blazin’ Soccer Dogs.
An UNDATED cheque for $50 or cash is required as a DEPOSIT for the uniform.
The deposit will be returned when we receive your uniform at the end of the season.
If you are not playing and have a uniform to return, please email Abbe at abbe@soccerdogs.ca to make arrangements.
► HOUSEKEEPING
The nearest washroom is a few blocks away at Choices Market on the corner of 57th and East Boulevard.
Please bring lots of water, healthy snacks and sunscreen for your player.
One parent or guardian of any player is required to remain at the field at all times.
Bring a lawn chair, your coffee and enjoy talking and meeting the other parents.
We regret we do not allow dogs unless its a service/assistance dog.
We look forward to seeing you all at the field.
There is no cost to play with the Blazin’ Soccer Dogs, however donations are gratefully accepted.
The team is run by a group of volunteers.
